Decent queen room with basic amenities that get the job done. The location is right near a vibrant night market, which adds some charm to the stay.
Two of the three lifts were out of service during a full hotel night, leading to frustratingly long waits and some elevator misadventures. The lobby lacks comfort with no real seating, and the breakfast selection was repetitive and didn't live up to expectations, especially with some dishes appearing stale or poorly prepared.

Family suits this place
The location is very good, close to a monorail station and a night market nearby. The check-in was a bit painful, had to wait 30 min, but once I got the room with a nice KLCC view, it was way better, layout was cool with a long bench by the window! !
Wasn’t exactly cheap, but overall, still decent for a budget hotel.
